Comments ran with pmurph. we were going to do hill repeats at pierce mill, but decided to just go for a run instead. my legs were feeling shitty on the run over to the park, so i was fine with the decision. so i ran to pierce mill via adams morgan and connecticut, then we ran up tilden to connecticut to nebraska, then over to wisco, down wisco to p street, back to dupont and up connecticut to tilden, ending at the mill where patrick had parked his car. good, brisk run. time is estimated.
