Comments great run. felt so much better than the other day. went up wisco to nebraska, over to arizona, down to the potomac, ran on the trails and c&o to the lincoln memorial, then up 23rd to GW, over on pennsylvania to georgetown and back up side streets to wisco. ran most of it really quickly. i was pretty happy to get on some trails.
