Comments Beautiful run along a coastal path from Asilomar to Bird Rock and back. According the the signs it was a little more than 6 miles round trip. My left knee was bothering me a little bit, but as long as I didn't push the pace is wasn't too bad.

Comments Ran around Berkeley with Chebot. The hills got to me a little bit - I'm so out of shape. It was great seeing Chebot and Rebecca for the night (Saturday night) before heading down to Monterey for my conference today.
