Comments same route as yesterday around the washington monument, but when i was on my way home 3rd street and part of the mall were closed. it looked like they were filming a movie - lots of russian arms attached to cars. anyway, i had to run down to the department of energy before being able to cross, so i added another half mile to the run.
heading back up 8th street i raced a bus from east capitol to my house and won (about half a mile). good speed work. ran around the block at the end to cool down a little.
