Comments easy run, same as yesterday. saw some deer in the woods - one was less than five feet away from me and wouldn't move off of the trail. also got a huge bug stuck in my eye.
had to race some dude with a heart rate monitor and head band who passed me and then slowed down as soon as he went by. he didn't put up a fight, but i still dropped a 5:40ish mile in the middle of my run.
