Comments Rock Creek Park trails, including the PAT. Ran after getting home from the Servathon - my work's annual day of community service. We went out to the Roaches Run Water Fowl Sanctuary and pulled out invasive species. I ended up running pretty slowly because of the weight lifting I did yesterday (legs only). It was beautiful in the woods in the middle of the day, especially on the PAT near the brook. The best thing was that I had the trails all to myself.
