Comments Easy 13 on the Ms. Sharon loop. Trails were a little muddy, but not bad. Didn't feel so great at the beginning, but felt better after about 5 miles of running.
Stopped back at the house to grab my spikes and ran over to the park for a few muddy striders. Made it an extra mile.
