Comments Good long-ish run on a beautiful day. Started easy for the first couple of miles, then picked it up (around 6:15-6:30 pace) on the Massachusetts Ave hill while racing a dude on a bike (I won). I kept the pace up all the way through the Mall where I slowed it down for the last mile or so.
