Comments Easy morning run after a long time off. After a mini training cycle between the NYC Marathon and Thanksgiving 5 miler (that I didn't end up running) I decided to take some time off.
I ran in an old pair of flats because my running shoes are still in my trunk after Thanksgiving. It was a nice, crisp morning. It was below 30 and there was still frost on the ground. I ran down T Street to Connecticut, then up to Cleveland Park, through Rock Creek Park to Massachusetts, then back via California.
