Comments long run with pmurph after work. we were originally going to do just 9 or 10, but decided to make it a long run since we were feeling good and it wasn't too warm out. we also stopped by the start of the fd8k to scope it out a little before race day. there's a new, funky post right in the middle of the trail that we're going to have to flag or something. kind of annoying, but we'll deal with it.
